Kerabu Paku Rawan
Kerabu Paku Rawan (Keladi Merawan/ Keladi Itik) is one of the traditional dishes of Perlis. This dish act as an appetizer to the local Malay community. Paku Rawan can be eaten as a dish but it needs to be boiled first and can be cooked in a variety of dishes. Kerabu Paku Rawan is comprised of a mix of the pucuk paku rawan, prawns, clams, rice, chilies, coconut milk, onions, and so on. It is best served with rice or just eat on its own.
