Kuih Lempiang

This traditional cake also known as "Kuih gunting" by local people. It made from glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, self-raising powder, egg and "pijab" which is a kind of powder that smoothest the 'kuih' and make this hollow inside. The shape of Kuih Lempiang is based on the ideas and creativity of the local community in the past where that very interested in the art of making cakes. Kuih Lempiang also can eaten with icing sugar.
