Jeruk Maman
The maman plant, or its scientific name Cleome Gynandra is a type of shrub that lives in sandy and open areas. Usually young shoots or leaves are made into oranges as an appetizer. The orange juice becomes grilled fish and
other foods. The basic ingredients for the preparation of this traditional orange are maman young shoots or leaves, white rice, salt and enough water. (article from
